As the Practice Manager and Senior Law Clerk,Christiana Malotsis plays an integral role in the seamless operation of our firm. With years of experience and a deep understanding of legal procedures, Christiana ensures that both our team and our clients receive the highest level of support.

In her role as Practice Manager, she oversees the daily operations, managing the administrative staff, coordinating case workflows, and ensuring our firm adheres to strict legal and regulatory standards. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail guarantee that the practice runs efficiently, providing exceptional service to clients.

As a Senior Law Clerk, Christiana handles complex legal tasks, including preparing legal documents, conducting thorough research, and assisting in trial preparation. Her expertise in drafting legal correspondence and managing case files is invaluable to our lawyers and principals, helping them build strong cases and ensuring that clients are kept informed at every step of their legal journey. Motor Vehicle Claims Specialist

With over a decade of experience in managing third-party accident recoveries, Nicole brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her in-depth knowledge of road regulations, liability assessments, and settlement negotiations ensures that clients receive exceptional service and optimal outcomes.

Wynnie is a dedicated law clerk currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at Monash University. She has gained valuable experience across various legal fields, including assisting Solicitor's in areas of Wills and Probate, Motor Vehicle Litigation, Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, and Family Law. 

Wynnie is passionate about utilising her skills to provide thoughtful and effective legal support, and she is committed to continuous learning and professional development in the legal industry.

Claims Officer

Kristine Menelaou is a seasoned insurance professional with over 20 years of expertise in claims management. She began her career at IAG, honing her skills in Teleclaims before advancing to manage complex claims related to natural disasters. Kristine then enhanced her proficiency at Claims Australia (now Innovation Group), specializing in home, contents, motor claims, and Builders Warranty claims.

Previously, she contributed significantly at Allianz, where she navigated intricate claims processes for five years. 

Currently, as Claims Manager at Winn Recoveries, she oversees claims for not-at-fault customers, focusing on recovering costs and restoring clients to their pre-accident conditions.

Kristine also brings experience in strata claims and small business brokerage, broadening her industry insights. Her certifications include Anti-Corruption & Bribery, Insurance Code of Practice, and Complaints and Disputes, alongside a Certificate III in Financial Services and FSR Tier 2 Training in General Insurance. Passionate about delivering exceptional service, Kristine ensures a smooth claims process for all clients.

Receptionist & Legal Assistant

As a dedicated legal and administrative assistant,  Jeyda serve as the first point of contact for clients, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. With extensive experience in legal environments, Jeyda provides crucial support to lawyers and staff by managing case files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents for court proceedings. Jeyda's strong organisational skills enable me to maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with all legal protocols.

Jeyda's administrative role, Jeyda excel at coordinating schedules, managing communications, and facilitating efficient office operations. Jeyda adeptly handle client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and building strong relationships. Jeyda's proficiency in various software applications allows me to streamline processes and enhance productivity, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
